SOA Attestations
The mandatory qualification for public-works tenders above €150,000.
The SOA attestation certifies that a company holds the economic-financial and technical-organisational requirements to carry out public works, and is issued by an authorised SOA body. It is organised into categories (OG general works, OS specialised works) and classifications, which set the maximum value of works a company is qualified for: choosing them correctly is a strategic decision. Without the attestation you cannot bid for public-works tenders above €150,000. It is valid for five years, with a maintenance review in the third year.
